Milestones

Offer your clients a clear, visual overview of their customer journey and their current position within it.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The construction of your process is a lengthy process with various phases, from option to handover. Continuously inform your customers about the milestones already achieved and the steps that follow.

The image below shows how these milestones are presented to customers.

The milestones are linked to a progress bar. The line and the dots color in as the construction progresses. Because the milestones are part of the dashboard, your client always sees which phase is currently active.

If there are many milestones, the first and/or last milestones are grouped. By 'hovering' over them (moving the mouse), all milestones are displayed separately.

Creating milestones

  1. Navigate to the Milestones functionality.

  2. Click on '+ New Milestone'.

  3. Give the new milestone a clear name.

  4. Click on '+ Create Milestone'.

Units (Only for projects with multiple units)

Via Units, you get a handy overview of which Units are in which Milestone. This way, you can also easily change the Milestone of one or more units.

To add Units to a milestone, you can proceed in two ways:

  1. Select 'Edit Units' next to the milestone you wish to add Units to.
