Creating Installments
Step 1: Add an installment term
Add a title and possibly a description and link a deadline to this installment term. You can change these details later if necessary. Don't worry if you're not 100% sure!
Tip: Within one installment term, you can later set the deadlines, which do not have to be the same for each unit. However, the composition of the installment term is the same for all selected units.
Step 2: Select the units (Only for Projects with multiple Units)
You can choose to create an installment term for the entire project, for a certain phase, or for only a few units. You can add or remove units later as well.
Step 3: Set the installment amount
Do you want to enter a fixed amount or rather a percentage? Use the arrows to switch between % and €. In the last box, you indicate what this term is for. You can add multiple lines via the ‘+ new rule’ button.
Tip: Use one of the handy shortcuts to add all current additional work or all unit prices in one click!
