Your customers have questions that deserve detailed answers. However, often the same questions return and you spend a lot of time answering them. With the FAQ feature you can manage and anticipate questions for each project. Your customers appreciate how organised you are and you win time!
New FAQ List
To add Questions and Answers, you first have to create an FAQ List. This list lets you bundle questions in different topics and keep overview. At the same time you'll make it easy for your customers to find the topic they are looking for.
Example FAQ Lists: "General Project Info", "Financial", "Interior Finishing", "Planning",...
Another way to make the most of different FAQ Lists, is to create seperate Lists for different customer groups. More about this in the next chapter!
Targeting (Only for Projects with multiple Units)
You can personalise FAQ Lists for certain customer groups.
For example: do you have an apartment building and single housing units in your project? Create separate FAQ Lists, so your customers only find answers that are relevant to them.
Tip: Often our users create both targetted FAQ Lists and general FAQ Lists. The latter is available on project level, for all customers, and contains general questions.
New Question
Once you have created your FAQ List, you can start adding Questions and Answers.
It's not required, but often it's a great idea to add an explanatory image!
Tip: Your FAQ Lists are living documents. Keep adding questions and answers during the whole building process. Once you have answered a customer's question in a conversation, you could copy your text and add it to the FAQ for your other customers.
Your customers will be automatically notified of any new questions you or your team members have added. They will receive a notification on their homebuyer portal, or - if they are not logged in - an e-mail with all the latest changes, including the new question(s).
