FAQs

Offer your customers an overview of frequently asked questions and their answers

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Provide your customers with a clear overview of frequently asked questions and the corresponding answers. Customers often ask the same questions, which takes a lot of time to answer every time. The FAQ function allows you to anticipate these recurring questions per project. This ensures proactive communication, which your customers appreciate, while simultaneously saving you valuable time!

New list of frequently asked questions

First, create an FAQ list to add questions and answers. This allows you to bundle questions by topic, making it easy to manage for both you and the homebuyers.

Examples of FAQ Lists are: "General Project Info", "Financial", "Interior Finishings", "Planning", “Common Areas” ...

Another way to get the most out of different FAQ lists is by creating separate lists for different customer groups. You can find more information about this below.

Customer groups (Only for projects with multiple units)

Did you know that you can personalize your FAQ lists for certain customer groups? By clicking on 'Change Level', you can select a specific target group. Do you have apartments and single-family homes in your project? Then create separate FAQ lists, so your customers only find answers that are relevant to them.

Tip: Ensure a combination of tailored FAQ lists and general FAQ lists that everyone can consult.

New question

Once the FAQ list is ready, you can add questions and answers. It is recommended, but not mandatory, to include images or documents with the answer. Do you want to change the content or is the content no longer relevant? Press the gear icon and you can delete or edit the content at a glance.

Your FAQ lists are dynamic: continue to add new questions and answers throughout the construction process. A quick tip: are you answering a customer in a conversation? Copy the text and add it to your FAQ for other customers.

Homebuyers automatically receive a notification on their portal of new questions that have been added. If they are not logged in, they will receive an email with all recent changes, including the new FAQs.

To adjust the order of the FAQs, click the gear icon, select 'Reorder Questions', and arrange the questions using the arrows or by dragging the questions to the desired order:
