Profile Settings

Customise your personal details, profile picture and notification preferences. All via profile settings.

To access profile settings, click on your own avatar in the top right corner of your screen. Select Profile in the dropdown list.

Profile picture

Here you can upload a profile picture, which all other users will be able to see. If your picture looks distorted, try uploading a square one!

Tip: Your customers will appreciate it if you set a profile picture. Your communication with them will feel more personal.

Email

Your email address was set during the creation of your account, either by a Ziggu team member or one of your colleagues. At the moment it is not possible to change your email yourself. If you would like to change your address, please contact us via the chat system.

Your email address is used to...

  • log in to your Ziggu platform;

  • receive email notifications about what's happening on your platform;

  • receive updates from Ziggu about new features.

Language

This language setting will only influence your personal experience on the platform. If you'd like to change the default language for your company, please go to Company settings.

Adding a Conversation signature

This is where you easily add a signature to your messages. The homebuyers and partners don't expect a signature, but if that's your style, you can add a signature in no time!


Notification preferences

Automatic notifications are sent out to keep everyone informed about all actions on the platform. Here you can change your settings and choose to unsubscribe for certain actions.

1. Notify me about - Topics

Here you can select which kind of notifications you would like to receive. For example: if a team member uploads a News Post, would you like to be actively notified about that?

You can also select whether you like to receive those messages via email or only on the platform:

  • On Platform: activate this option if you would like to receive a notification on the platform, under the bell-icon in the top nav-bar.

  • Via Email: activate this option if you would like to receive an email whenever this action occurs. You will receive a maximum of 1 email per hour, as all new actions are bundled in 1 email.

If you deactivate platform notifications for a certain action, you wont be able to receive email notifications either.

2. Email Frequency

If you have selected the option "Via Email" for one or more topics, we'll bundle new notifications in one email. Here you can select how often Ziggu checks for updates and sends you such an email, with an overview of all that is new.

  • Hourly: check every hour and send me an email if I have new, unread notifications.

  • Twice per day: check once in the morning and once around noon for notifications to email me.

  • Daily: combine all new notifications in one email per day. This email will be sent around noon.

  • Weekly: send me a summary of the previous week, on Monday at noon.

3. For project

You have already selected the topics for which you would like to receive notifications. However, would you like to receive these for all projects or only a selection?

Here you can turn on or switch off ALL (selected) notifications for a certain project.

In the example below, our user will receive notifications for project Bold, but not for project Norway. The only exception being: if our user is being appointed as 'responsible' within a conversation or task by a colleague.


Profile Switcher

Users who have a profile in multiple environments can now easily switch between them without having to log out and log in. To switch, click on your own avatar in the top right corner of your screen. Select Select Team in the dropdown list.
