Updated over a year ago

Overview

The overview page automatically displays all Units and the sales price entered via the Information tab. Here you can then easily add one or more leads to Units, add internal comments, upload contracts and collaborate with any sales partners.

Status of a unit

There are four statuses to indicate the current status of a unit:

  • Interested: a prospect is interested in a unit.

  • Reserved: a unit is reserved for a lead until a certain time.

  • Sold: the unit has been sold.

  • Lost: a sale did not go through.

The Status of a Unit can be easily modified by clicking on the coloured status icon and selecting the new status.

Leads

Adding a Lead

To add a lead, go through the following steps:

  1. Click + by the Unit you wish to add a lead to.

  2. Choose an existing lead or create a new lead.

  3. Click on Assign lead.

  4. Select the appropriate status (Interested, Reserved, Sold or Lost).

  5. Depending on the selected status, you then add the sale date, sale documents and/or reservation expiry date.

  6. Click Update status.

  7. You're done!

Tip: You can add multiple leads to one unit.

Deleting a Lead

To remove a lead, click on the three bullet points and choose ‘remove lead from deal’.

Tip: If a unit has already been sold, you must first undo the access the customer had been given to the unit in Information.

Collaborating with sales partners

Do you work with external sales partners? No problem, through Ziggu you can easily add them as partners via Contacts. If you then want to share one or more units with these partners, allowing them to add leads and change the status of a unit, you can easily do so via the Publish button:

  1. Select the Unit(s) you wish to publish to the sales partner.

  2. Click Publish.

  3. Confirm via Update.
