Collaborating with project partners, decision-making partners, or sales partners? You can arrange it quickly and easily via Ziggu!
The suppliers you work with to realize projects are called 'partners' on the platform. You can decide the extent to which your suppliers have access to the platform and what they can use it for. There are three ways you can involve your suppliers within the platform:
As a Project Partner
As a Decision-making Partner
As a Sales Partner
Finally, we would also like to show you how partners will see Ziggu, via the partner portal.
Project partners
Project partners are a group of partners with whom you want to share documents that belong to a specific unit, but who are not necessarily involved in decisions. For example, when a customer approves a technical plan, it can be useful to share this approved plan with all stakeholders who will need it in the future: electrician, plumber, etc.
A partner from your contacts can be added as a project partner on the Information page of a project.
Once added, they will receive an invitation email and will have access to the platform. To learn more about what the platform looks like for partners, take a look at the chapter on the partner portal.
Decision-making partners
Involve external parties, such as showrooms, contractors, or suppliers, directly in your decisions by adding them as a decision-making partner. You grant them access to one or more specific decisions. The main purpose of this is...
Uploading Proposals: Partners can upload proposals that are directly linked to a unit. Depending on the communication rights, these proposals are immediately visible to the customer, or they become visible after approval by you (or a team member).
Full Communication Insight: If partners have basic access or full access, they can send messages directly to the customers. You always stay informed of this communication, as you receive a notification and are part of every conversation.
Important: When you add a partner to a decision, the partner automatically becomes part of Project Partners. Via Project Partners, you can easily share a unit document, such as a plan, with a group of partners.
You add a decision-making partner via the "+ Decision Partner" button in a decision.
After this, choose one or more partners to add to a group. Proposals are linked to these groups. Consider whether you want to group multiple contacts from one company, or whether it is more convenient to bundle contacts from various suppliers.
Finally, choose the desired rights. A useful overview of the different rights can be found in the screenshot below:
Check after adding a decision-making partner:
Publish the Units: Ensure that the relevant units are published for both the partner and the customer. The partner receives the invitation to the platform as soon as at least one unit in the list is visible to them.
Manage Communication Rights: Although the rights are set when the decision-making partner is added, it is possible to check and change the partner's communication rights at any time.

Partner portal
Are you wondering what the portal looks like for the partners? With “Impersonation,” you can see exactly what your partner sees!
Go to Contacts.
Select the partner whose portal you want to view.
Click the 3 dots on the right and select "Impersonate". (Impersonation is only possible when the contact person is using the platform or has been invited.)
The partner side of the platform is limited to the features Decisions, Documents, and Aftercare.
When partners log in, they first see an overview of their projects with your company:
After selecting a Project, they get an overview of all shared and published elements: Decisions, Documents, and Aftercare checklists. These can be specifically intended for them as a decision-making partner, or shared with all project partners.
