Login URL
By default, your platform is accessible via https://companyname.ziggu.app. This link works for both your team and all your customers. If you would like to change your "companyname", don't hesitate to contact us!
Here are a couple of things you can do to make your portal more accessible:

Adding a login button to your website
The easiest way for your customers to find their online portal is through your own website. You can add a button that says "Login" or "Customer Portal" and that redirects to your https://companyname.ziggu.app.
If your website is build with Wix, Wordpress or another Content Management Software, you can probably do this yourself. Otherwise, you should ask your webdesigner to add this button.

Setting up a URL redirect
Would you like to communicate another link to your customers? That's possible! All you have to do is set up a URL redirect from your domain to our domain.
If your website is www.companyname.com, then here are a few examples of what you could do:
my.companyname.com
login.companyname.com
Don't know how to set this up? Ask your webdesigner, they should have access to your DNS records where these options are managed.
Here is what you should ask them: a URL redirect 301 from < insert the link you want > to https://companyname.ziggu.app. This should only take a couple of minutes to set up.
Ziggu website
You can always access your platform from the Ziggu website. Open the Ziggu website and click on the Login button in the top right corner of your screen.
Login screen
When someone visits your personal link or clicks the login button on your website, they will find your very own, branded login screen.
Example Polyform (Real Estate Developer, Luxembourg):
Both team members and customers can access the platform via the same login screen. Your team will be automatically redirected to the management side, while your customers get to see their online portal.

You will find these options under Admin Settings (in the dropdown menu under your avatar).
Tip: Each time a client logs in, your brand has a chance to shine. Inform your marketeer about this feature.
Troubleshooting
Help, my customer cannot sign up/log in! What to do?
If a customer reports that they cannot sign up, most of the time it has to do with one of the following reasons:
Outdated internet browser (most common reason)
Your customer might be trying to access the Ziggu Platform with a very old browser version.
In most of these cases Internet Explorer 11 is used. This browser is no longer supported by Microsoft and hasn't had any new updates since 2015. Therefore, it misses a lot of new technology that is required by online platforms today.
Users visiting the Ziggu platform with an unsupported browser will receive a notification. They are asked to update to a more recent version and get offered a link to http://outdatedbrowser.com. Here they'll find the most popular browsers and the option to download the most recent version.
Wrong email address
Make sure your customer is trying to login with the same email address as the one you have created their account with.
Wrong password or forgot password
If you or another user forgot his password, it can be reset by going to the login page and clicking the password reset link below the "Login" button, then input the user's email address and confirm. The user should then almost immediately receive an email with a password reset link. If the user did not receive a password reset email, please verify that it did not end up in the spam folder, if this is not the case, please contact us.
