Login URL
Everyone is granted standard access to the platform via https://companyname.ziggu.app. If you want to change the company name in the URL, please contact us.
To make your platform even more accessible, the following options are available:
Add a login button to your website
Customers find their online platform most easily via the project developer's website. You can add a button with the text "Login" or "Customer Portal" that redirects to your platform via https://companyname.ziggu.app.
If your website is built with a Content Management System like Wix or Wordpress, you can probably do this yourself. Otherwise, you can ask your web designer to add this button.
Tip: You can also add a login button to the project website!

Set up a URL redirection
Do you want to use a different, personalized link for the platform? That is possible! You just need to set up a URL redirection (redirect) from your own domain to our domain.
Examples of links if your website is www.companyname.com*:*
my.companyname.com
login.companyname.com
Help with the setup?
If you don't know how to set this up, ask your web designer for help. The web designer can manage the DNS records where these options are configured.
You can ask them to:
Set up a 301 URL redirect from <insert desired link> to https://companyname.ziggu.app. This is usually done quickly.
Ziggu website
Access to the platform is always possible via the Ziggu website. To do this, click on the login button that you find in the top right corner of your screen.
Login screen
When a user clicks on the personalized link or the login button on your website, they will land on your personalized login screen.
Example:
Team members, customers, and partners all use the same login screen to access the platform. Team members are automatically forwarded to the administrator environment, while customers see their online portal.
You can customize the following elements of the login screen via the company settings:
Company logo
Background image
Language
Tip: Since every login is an opportunity for your brand to shine, it is advisable to inform the marketer about this customization option.
Troubleshooting
Help, my customer cannot log in! What now?
If a customer reports that they cannot log in, these are the most common reasons:
Outdated internet browser (most common reason)
An outdated internet browser is often the cause. Your customer may be trying to access with an older browser version, usually Internet Explorer 11. Since Microsoft no longer supports this browser since 2015 and there are no new updates, it does not meet the modern technological requirements for online platforms.
Users with an unsupported browser on your platform will receive a notification. They will be asked to update to a more recent version and will receive a link to http://outdatedbrowser.com, where they can find the most popular browsers and download options.
Incorrect email address
Ensure that your customer logs in with the email address used to create their account.
Incorrect password or forgotten password
If someone has forgotten their password, the user can reset it via the login page. Click on the password reset link, enter the email address, and confirm. The user will then receive an email almost immediately with a link to reset the password. If the email does not arrive, first check the spam folder. Should this not solve the problem, please contact us.
