Creating a new task list
Before adding a task, create a task list. Tasks are arranged in different lists by subject and level (project, phase, lot, building or unit).
Click the ‘+ New Task List’ button to get started. If your Project has multiple Units, you will need to select to which level you want to assign this task.
Adding tasks
When you add a task to a task list, you can also add a deadline and a responsible party, both of which are optional. If you select a team member as responsible, a notification will be sent.
When you finish a task, you can check the box on the left. Click on ‘completed tasks’ to view all completed tasks in a list.
Viewing tasks
You can consult tasks in several places:
Tasks
Here you can consult all task lists, ordered by creation date. You can use the filter option to see all tasks for a specific level or team member.
Dashboard
On the right-hand side of your Dashboard, you can see a list of the tasks for which you are responsible.
Information
Check all tasks by level via Information.
