Creating a new task list

Before adding a task, you must create a task list. Tasks are organized into different lists by subject and level (project, phase, lot, building, or unit).

Click the '+ New Task List' button to begin. Then choose a title and a level. If your Project has multiple Units, you must select the level to which you want to assign this task.

Adding tasks

When you add a task to a task list, you can also add a deadline and an assignee, both of which are optional. If you select a team member as the assignee, a notification will be sent.

When you are done with a task, you can check the box on the left. Click on 'completed tasks' to view all completed tasks in a list. You can always set them back to 'to do'.

Consulting tasks

You can consult tasks in various places:

Tasks

Here you can view all task lists, ordered by creation date. You can use the filter option to see all tasks for a specific level or a specific team member.

Dashboard

On the right side of your Dashboard, you will see a list of the tasks for which you are responsible.

Information

Check all tasks per level via Information.
